Puckish
labyrinth or maze?
puckish on the hotter days;
now retrace your steps.
puckish: mischievous; impish.
This piece was inspired by a trip to the most excellent Nelson Atkins Museum of Art. Up until then we’d never gone into the glass labyrinth in the Sculpture Park. There was a sign out front about it being a bit warm on the hotter days, which I thought was funny (it was maybe 70º that day).
The funnier part of this story was that my husband apparently didn’t know it was a labyrinth until we made it to the middle.
