alfresco: out-of-doors; in the open air:

This was a textured smattering of extra paint, and I let my son draw on it with oil pastel. Very free-form on this one. I didn’t spend much time on the art, because I spent so much time on the haiku. Easily my favorite haiku I’ve ever written (out of hundreds).
